Ok-so found a few posts.
http://hubpages.com/hub/Stretch-before-you-Ride
This one is the first one I found that looks the most helpful-but to be honest I do feel silly doing them. Lol. Me and my dignity complex. But I have to say-the neck one where you put you chin to you chest and roll your head around-weird i know-feels pretty good. :)
Another one I found
http://www.thestretchinghandbook.com/archives/stretches-horse-riding.php
this one gives only a few stretches, however- it gives a nice explanation on what muscle groups are used while riding.
So I figure if I'm going to start stretching, I might as well do the whole nine yards and start doing push-ups and sit-ups and whatnot. No matter how silly I feel doing them. LOL. I mean, the only thing that can come out of it is good.
Another good link-
http://toplineink.com/rider.aspx
It doesn't really say anything about stretches, but it does explain how important they are and why you should do them.
Now HERE's a site with actual stretches-it explains each one and gives a picture as well.

One last one-

Alright. I gotta get back to schoolwork. I got carried away with horse stuff-again! Urg. Ok. Ttyl
